Ollo supports all major GLP-1 receptor agonist medications including semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), and liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda). If your medication isn't listed, email us and we'll prioritize adding it.

No. Ollo is an informational companion tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication or treatment plan. Ollo helps you stay organized and informed, not replace your doctor.

When you log an injection, you select the site on a body map. Ollo tracks your history and surfaces a recommended site for your next injection based on standard rotation guidelines — typically avoiding the same spot within 2–4 weeks. This helps prevent lipodystrophy (lumps or skin changes) and ensures consistent medication absorption.

The PK chart visualizes how your medication concentrates in your body over time after each injection — showing the absorption phase (concentration rising to peak), the peak, and the elimination phase (concentration declining toward your next dose). This helps you understand why side effects like nausea often peak early in your dose cycle and ease later in the week.

When you ask a question, your message and relevant health context (like your medication and dose) are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. This data is used only to answer your question and is not used by OpenAI to train their models when accessed via their API. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Ollo Plus is a premium subscription tier that unlocks advanced features including: advanced PK modeling with dose adjustments, unlimited Ask Ollo conversations, weekly trend analytics, side effect pattern tracking, and the ability to export your medication history as a PDF. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and can be cancelled anytime.

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Ollo Plus → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a specific issue with Ollo that prompted the refund request, please email us first at contact@olloapp.me — we're happy to help.

You can delete your account from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your medication logs, injection history, and personal data within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at contact@olloapp.me and we'll process it manually.
