Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ollo application ("App"), developed by Hollin Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ollo. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Ask Ollo is an AI-powered chat feature designed to provide general information and support related to GLP-1 medication treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your prescriber or pharmacist for medical decisions. Do not change your dose, skip doses, or stop taking medication based on Ask Ollo responses. In case of urgent symptoms or medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Ask Ollo is not a licensed healthcare provider and cannot replace consultation with a qualified professional.

Ollo offers a premium subscription tier called Ollo Plus, available as:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in Ollo are owned by or licensed to Hollin Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. You retain ownership of the personal data you input into the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ollo is not a medical device and is not FDA regulated. The pharmacokinetic medication level charts shown in the App are estimates based on published clinical data and are not measurements of actual medication levels in your body. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used to make clinical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hollin Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damages for personal injury, medical decisions made in reliance on the App, or loss of data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you are a free user.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
