Ollo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of people using our GLP-1 companion application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. Please read it carefully.

1. What Data We Collect

When you use Ollo, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Medication logs: The date, time, dose, and medication name you record for each injection.
• Injection site history: The body regions you select when logging injection sites for rotation tracking.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app — screens viewed, features used, session duration — collected in aggregate to improve the product.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, used for debugging and compatibility.
• Account information: If you create an account, your email address and optionally a display name.
• AI conversation content: Messages you send to the Ollo AI companion. These may be processed by third-party AI providers under data processing agreements.
• Subscription status: Whether you are an Ollo Plus subscriber, managed via Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, personalize, and improve the Ollo app experience
• To power the AI companion with your medication context
• To generate pharmacokinetic curves and injection site rotation guidance
• To send you reminders and notifications you have opted into
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
• To comply with legal obligations

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your medication data — to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.

4. Health Data Sensitivity Notice

Ollo processes information about your medication use, which is considered sensitive health-related data. We treat this data with heightened care. Ollo is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not a medical device. We do not provide medical advice. Your medication data is stored securely and used only to power your in-app experience. Please do not use Ollo as a substitute for professional medical care.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate and improve Ollo:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, databases) — bound by confidentiality agreements
• AI processing providers — for powering the AI companion; governed by data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for model training without consent
• Analytics providers — aggregate, anonymized usage data only
• Apple, Inc. — for App Store subscription management via RevenueCat

We do not share your identifiable medication data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your medication history (available via Ollo Plus)
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

8. Children's Privacy

Ollo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all health-related data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of Ollo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
